The Discovery Photographic Library

We also have some library images of a few European locations.

 

For some two decades we have been collecting images on medium format transparency film and more recently in digital format and have a phenomenal collection of over 30,000 images.

 

Many images have been taken on a tripod using a variety of professional cameras including Hasselblad, Bronica and Mamiya film cameras... and more recently Olympus and Fuji digital cameras, currently using advanced Nikon lenses.

 

Many of our images have been used in the renowned Travel Guides produced by Discovery Guides and the Discovery Tourist Maps produced by Discovery Britain Ltd. However, we have also provided images to a number of commercial organisations who require images for brochures, leaflets and websites.

 

We also publish a number of our own Photo Guides guidebooks featuring selections of our own images, details of which can be found on the Discovery Guides Online Bookstore and Book Shop.
